To save an appointment for a tool in mein_werkzeugkoffer, you must navigate to the detailed view of the corresponding tool.

There you select the tab "Appointments".

If you click on the button "Create appointment reminder", a window opens. There you can enter a name, the date of the appointment and a description. The appointment appears in the overview and the responsible persons are reminded by e-mail three days before the appointment.
