Web application: In the web application you can change the status of a tool in the detailed view of the tool. In the detailed view, click on the "Action" button at the top right. There you can set the tool to active, in maintenance or retired.

A window opens where you can confirm the status change and add a comment.

App: In the app you can change the status of a tool in the detailed view of the tool. In the detailed view, click on the three dots at the top right. There you select the menu item "Change state".
