Go to the detailed view of an inventory. Click on the action button at the top right.

A menu opens and select the menu item for the corresponding status you want to set.

- in maintenance inventory

- Retire inventory

- Activate inventory

Then a dialogue opens where you have to add a comment and then you can change the status of the inventory.
